From the stories of the prophets
the introduction
My nanny brother/ nanny sister:
Peace be upon you and God's mercy and blessings be upon you
This book includes a number of stories of the prophets, peace be upon them, which we have presented in an easy and accessible manner, and we would like to point out the following:
1- We included from the stories of the prophets, peace be upon them, what we saw that they fall within the perceptions of the young, and we avoided including some events that are not suitable for the age group for which this book is intended.
2- We have listed some of the events in general terms, based on the fact that male and female educators are able to present the events to the young according to their perceptions, taking into account the individual differences between them.
3- In order to achieve the benefit from the book, we recommend reading one story every night before going to sleep, then re-reading the stories after a while, in order to consolidate the events of the stories and realize the values in them.
4- The linguistic outcome of children can be developed by discussing words or sentences and clarifying the meanings and synonyms or opposites of words.
5- Developing different thinking skills; Such as: observation, interpretation, analysis, comparison, conclusion, asking questions, summarizing, and other skills that educators and nannies notice while reading stories.
6- And because we wanted the book to help the little ones start reading, we decided to:
a- Divide the text into short paragraphs.
b- Removing diacritics from clear letters and words, taking into account the diacritical signs, in order to give young children the confidence to read fluently without fear of diacritics, and to be able to read the word just by looking at it without having to spell it.
7- We referred to many ancient and modern sources and references, in order for the information in the book to be correct, relying on the intelligence of educators and nannies in narrating the events and providing information in a way that suits the age group they are addressing.
8- Remember that reading with children regularly is one of the best ways to spend the most beautiful times with them, and to make them feel your love for them and your closeness to them.
We wish everyone success.
